As an inter-institutional platform OST’s purpose is to carry out projects of common interest to its member institutions as well as to respond usefully to the changing needs of research actors.

In partnership with the entire set of institutions concerned by address data in the Web of Science®, OST has undertaken the task of improving the use of the French addresses in this international bibliographic database.
