OST PARTICIPATION IN FORESIGHT AND STRATEGIC STUDIES

OST participates in three studies carried out by the General Office for Research and Innovation of the Ministry of Research:

• Strategy and Outlook for Scientific Employment (SPER): this is a forecasting exercise concerning scientific employment and possible trends up through 2020.
• Dynamics of Financial Equilibria for Strategic Planning (DEFI): this study concerns the matrix of financial flows.
• Strategy for France's International S&T Involvement (SESTIF): this study is intended to inform the process of elaborating an international component to national R&D policy.
