The OST staff includes expertise in computer science, data treatment, indicator design and policy analysis.

The staff is composed both of individuals recruited and hired directly by OST and of professional staff made available by member organisations.

OST also hosts various short-term collaborators including trainees, post-doctoral researchers, or early-career professionals on apprenticeship contracts. 

For all of its projects, OST has access through its members and partners to a broad network of high-level experts.
