THE COMPOSITION OF THE OST
15 member institutions constituted the OST GIP:

- The National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS)
- The National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA)
- The National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control (INRIA)
- The National Institute for Health and Medical Research (INSERM)
- The Institute for Development Research (IRD)

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees of OST is comprised of representatives of the member institutions of the constitutive Public Interest Group. Board membership is renewed every three years.
Every year the Board of Trustees sets out OST’s work programme and approves the budget.
The Board’s Chair is appointed for a renewable period of three years. The current Board’s chair is Thierry Weil, professor at Mines ParisTech.
The scientific council
The Scientific Council advises OST management and the Board of Trustees on the development of the GIP’s actions.
The President of the Council is elected by its members for a renewable term of three years. The current president is Jacques Mairesse, "Inspecteur Général" at INSEE (Institut National de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques), senior researcher at CREST (research in economy and statistics) and at Maastricht University associated to UNU-MERIT.
